Charo Galura is an Italian alternative pop female artist based in London.
She sings, produces and writes her songs.
The music and visual style are a blend of the different influences she’s grown up with, from old school blues and R’n’B, through ‘60s rock and progressive rock, to hip hop and contemporary avant-garde electronic, with a hint of cinematic and surrealistic feel, mixed with quirky and funky bits.

Her debut EP 'Life Through Apocalypse' was recorded in Italy and released in 2017. It is a vocal dreamscape, with a hint of bluesy and progressive rock sounds. The surrealist music imagery is filled with lyrical metaphors, describing the tumultuous time she was passing while writing the EP.

Charo then moved to London and she is now working on her next recording project, which will be entrirely produced by herself.

Charo would describe her music with a few lyrics from her single 'Life, Apocalypse & Rewind', "Petals fly from my mouth, they are drawing sounds", explaining how she makes music while visualising colours, shapes and images. In fact, her music was often described as cinematic pop by critics, and she often refers to the art of filmmaking as one of her main influences.
